ClerePerformance is the first piece being introduced under the ClereStory umbrella.

Through business planning, activity tracking and closed-loop feedback, we assist agents with income improvement and time management.
Fred Madley
ClerePerformance is the brainchild of Fred Madley. Fred has 40 years of experience managing and owning residential Real Estate brokerages. As the CEO and owner, Fred led the Michigan Group to two consecutive Inc. 500 awards. During his career Fred coached, managed and mentored over 10,000 agents; served as the President of RELO and as an advisor to national and global Real Estate service providers.


While leading the Michigan Group, Fred brought two particular brand-new agents into the company, Jay and Lynn Otlewski. With Fred's mentoring, Jay and Lynn soon became top salespeople within their market. Using the same system, which we are presenting today in an online format, Jay and Lynn learned the extreme value of goal setting, accountability, and running their Real-Estate business like a business. For the next 8 years of practicing Real Estate, Jay and Lynn continued to use this system with incredible success.


When Fred was ready to introduce ClerePerformance to the industry, he went to Jay and Lynn for their expertise on finalizing the program and taking it to market.

ClerePerformance, 123 Main Street, and The Web Real are product offerings of Thunder Lake Media, LLC providing web based marketing and communication tools for real estate professionals. Since its inception in late 2004, the company has been working on the development of their 123 Main Street, The Web Real and ClerePerformance programs and setting up a nation-wide sales organization. Founders Jay and Lynn Otlewski are both former real estate professionals, which has been instrumental in the creation, design and development of their various real estate products.


Jay Otlewski, President, is no stranger to building a nationally recognized company. In late 1999 he conceptualized another marketing product and service, developed the technology and design and built a very successful company, Connecting Neighbors. In late 2004, Connecting Neighbors was sold to Reply, Inc. That is when Jay began to develop 123 Main Street as a viable product.


Jay’s wife, Lynn Otlewski, Vice President, was instrumental in building their brand, working with members to help in their marketing efforts, and development of their overall marketing strategy as VP of Marketing with Connecting Neighbors, and continues to do so with Thunder Lake Media. Lynn stays in regular contact with all members via email tips on how to use their solutions to their fullest advantage. Lynn holds a broker license and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Michigan Association of REALTORS® and the North Oakland County Board of REALTORS®.
