ClerePerformance enables you to deliver real-time, cyber coaching to your
agent-customers and to provide immediate access to online resources of your
choice. Here’s how it works:

Give us a call to get started. We will get you registered
into our system and give you your “Coach Key”. You can either bill your
agent-customers, or offer it as an integrated online version of your coaching. |

Give out the Coach Key to your agent-customers. Your
agent-customers may create as many plans as you have purchased. You can view
and delete plans as necessary to help your agents. You can always increase the
number of plans your agent-customers are allowed to have. |

When agents register they will enter your unique Coach
Key. This will charge you with one plan. The agent can complete the plan. You
can view the plan whenever you like. |

You can customize all the coaching text and the list of
online resources that are shown for each coaching point. These coaching points
are places in the process where coaching helps. This allows you to provide your
own custom coaching to your agent-customers – while you sleep! |

When the agents click on the coach me button, they will
get coaching text and list of resources to help with their shortfalls all
customized by you. Send them to your website or to a business partner website. |

When the agents click on the Coaching Room, they are
given a wide array of coaching points, ideas, and resources all categorized for
easy access. |
